What happens after I fill out the “Get Started” form?

Once you submit the form, we’ll review your details and reach out with any quick follow-up questions. From there, we’ll schedule a short call to get to know each other, talk through your project, and make sure it’s a good fit. It’s a relaxed chat — no pressure, just a chance to see what you’re trying to accomplish and how I can help.

How will we stay in touch during the project?

Communication is key to a successful launch. We primarily use email for project tracking and documentation, but we can also hop on scheduled Zoom calls for more in-depth strategy sessions or design reviews. You’ll receive regular updates so you always know exactly what stage your project is in.

How much of my time will this require?

We value your time, so we’ve streamlined our process to be as efficient as possible. Most of your involvement happens at the beginning during our discovery phase and at the end for final reviews. In between, we’ll provide regular updates so you’re always in the loop without having to manage the day-to-day technical details.
